Habit and check-in data: habit text, reason/notes, check-in status, and check-in dates.
Reminder settings: timezone, reminder hour, push preference, and email reminder preference.

2. How We Use Information

Provide and secure your account.
Run the habit tracking experience and save progress.
Send product emails, newsletter messages, and reminders.
Send push notifications when you enable them on your device/browser.

Improve reliability, detect abuse, and troubleshoot errors.

3. Legal Bases and Consent
