Hone30 is a solo habit tracking service that helps users build a habit over a 30-day cycle.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Hone30. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use Hone30 only with parental or guardian permission.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up-to-date.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful activity.
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data belonging to others.
Interfere with Service operation, including abuse, scraping, spam, or denial-of-service behavior.
Upload malicious code or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities.

5. Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as habit text and check-ins). You grant Hone30 a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Communications

By using reminder features, you consent to receive reminder emails or push notifications according to your settings. You can change these settings at any time in your account.

7. Payments and Billing

Some features may become paid in the future. If paid features are offered, pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase and will form part of these Terms.

8. No Professional Advice

Hone30 provides habit tracking and accountability tools only. It does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hone30 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hone30 and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service, users, or legal compliance.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
